HEY, I’m Talia!
I’m a graphic designer and multidisciplinary creative with a passion for bold visuals, strong typography, and designs that actually have a personality. I work across music, sports, events, and branding, turning ideas into visuals that grab attention and tell a story.
Since I was young I was always drawing, painting, sketching, experimenting with colours, and turning whatever I could find into a creative project, and as I got older that curiosity naturally evolved into design.
For most of my life, I’ve worked in hospitality. Restaurants became my comfort zone. I eventually found myself in management, building a career that was stable and familiar.
I went to school for holistic nutrition, thinking I had to choose a practical path and figure out what I was supposed to do with my life. Meanwhile, the creative side of me was still there, but I was always unsure how to put that to good use.
I knew I had a passion for design, but I let my own fears and self-doubt get in the way. That I needed to know exactly what I was doing before I could call myself a designer.
I started sharpening my skills, experimenting, learning, creating, and building something of my own. What started as a creative outlet slowly became something much bigger, a business dedicated to helping entrepreneurs, artists, athletes, and creatives bring their ideas to life through design.
That became Perceptive Visuals.
Today, design is where I get to bring all of the different parts of myself together, with a love for graphic design, photography, multimedia art, and content creation. I’m constantly inspired by music, sports, culture, people, and the world around me.
And if there's one thing I’ve learned, it's that I don't want to create things that feel safe or forgettable, my design style isn’t for everyone but...I want them to feel like me.
Bold. Energetic. A little edgy. Sometimes gritty. Always intentional.
My personality naturally finds its way into my work, and honestly, I wouldn't want it any other way. I want my designs to have a point of view. I want them to make you stop scrolling, look twice, and feel something.
Thanks for all the love and support, I am so blessed!
