WHAT HAPPENS AFTER PURCHASE

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with clear next steps and a required onboarding questionnaire. This form ensures we collect all essential details needed to bring your vision to life. After submitting the questionnaire, you’ll be prompted to schedule a consultation call. During this call, we’ll review your responses together and clarify any additional details before design begins.

DELIVERABLES

Upon completion, you will receive:

  • JPEG and PNG files of your shirt design, including the mockup.

  • Please let me know in advance if additional files are needed. (PDF, PSD, AI)

TIMELINE : 7–14 business days, not including revision time.

REVISIONS

  • 2 revision rounds included

  • Additional revisions are $20 per round

  • Revisions are completed within 24–48 hours of request
